1. Service Description

PrintConnect Pro provides remote technical support for printer installation, WiFi configuration, and driver troubleshooting. All services are delivered remotely via encrypted screen-sharing. We do not provide on-site visits or hardware repair.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and confirm you have authority to allow remote access to the device in question.

3. Service Limitations

• We cannot repair physically damaged printers or replace ink/toner
• Services are limited to software, drivers, and network configuration
• We cannot guarantee success if hardware is defective
• Service availability may vary by printer model or OS version

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required before the service session begins. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Prices subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any laws, infringe third-party rights, introduce malware, or obtain unauthorized system access. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by PrintConnect Pro. Printer brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for data loss, hardware damage, or consequential damages. We recommend backing up your data before any support session.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Our 7-Day Guarantee

If your printer issue is not resolved during the service session, or if the issue recurs within 7 calendar days of service completion, you are entitled to either a free re-service or a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

• Refund request made within 7 calendar days of service date
• The original issue must not have been resolved
• Service was not used for purposes outside the agreed scope
• Hardware faults (physically broken printers) are not eligible

3. How to Request

Email refunds@printinghubllc.online with your name, order number, and description. Our team responds within 1 business day.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Annual Plans

Premium Care annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days for a prorated refund. After 30 days, no refund but access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made more than 7 days after service
• Issues caused by user changes after service completion
• Hardware failure unrelated to our service
• Violation of our Terms of Service
